At 2,000–2,500 metres in the Aberdare Ranges, near the Ndakaini Dam, smallholder farmers on 0.2–2 hectare plots cultivate some of Kenya's finest tea. Established in late 2020 as a private, KTDA-collaborated factory, Fusion Leaf Africa works directly with these communities — providing technical training, fair payment systems, and sustainable agricultural practices.
