Crafted by nature, rooted in tradition
Where It Began
Founded in late 2020 as a private, KTDA-collaborated managed factory in Gatanga, Murang'a County. Situated in the lush highlands of the Aberdare Ranges near Ndakaini Dam, our estate sits at an elevation of 2,000–2,500 metres above sea level.
This altitude, combined with rich volcanic soils and consistent rainfall, creates the ideal terroir for cultivating specialty teas with exceptional depth of flavour and character.

Our Community
Smallholder farmers owning 0.2–2 hectares cultivate tea with sustainable practices passed down through generations. Fair payment systems ensure every farmer receives equitable compensation for their craft.
Technical training support and community-based agriculture form the foundation of our model. By investing in people as much as product, we create a supply chain rooted in dignity and shared prosperity.
Standards & Certifications
Quality Management Systems certified for consistent production standards.
Food Safety Management Systems ensuring safe tea from field to cup.
Certified sustainable farming practices protecting ecosystems and communities.
Kenya Bureau of Standards certified for domestic and export quality assurance.
Sustainability
“We owe it to ourselves and to the next generation to conserve the environment so that we can bequeath our children a sustainable world.”
— Wangari Maathai
Our commitment to the environment extends beyond the field. Every Fusion Leaf package is designed with recyclable materials and a second-life philosophy — our tins and canisters are crafted to be repurposed long after the last leaf is steeped.
From biodegradable tea bags to carbon-conscious logistics, we measure our success not just in cups sold but in the legacy we leave for the highlands and the communities that call them home.
